We’ve built our reputation on lasting relationships with clients and our community. We’re currently in pursuit of finding a reliable, accountable, and results-driven sales professional to join our Personal Lines team.

Responsibilities:

• Trusted Advisor – Provide expert advice and support on customers’ coverage options, enabling them to make educated decisions relating to their personal insurance needs;
• Growth Mindset – Emphasized focus on driving sales to increase performance of the Personal Lines Book of Business through networking and relationship building;
• Ensure Smooth Workflow – Maintain accurate documentation relating to insurance policies and process information efficiently to achieve workflows;
• Build Relationships – Proactively connect with clients to grow and manage an established book of business;
• Support the Team – Provide expertise and assistance to the Personal Lines team as needed;
• Results Based – Achieve department & individual sales goals.

Qualifications:

Required:

• High school diploma (minimum)
• Successful completion of a Criminal Record Check

Preferred (but not required):

• Level 1 Insurance Broker License, or a demonstrated willingness and drive to obtain licensing
• 2+ years of experience in the insurance industry or a professional sales environment
