About the Position
As a Motor Licensing Issuer, you are the face of Cornerstone Insurance and play a vital role in guiding new and existing clients through the motor licensing experience – from start to finish and everything in between.
You will be responsible for delivering a high level of customer service while processing SGI motor licensing transactions, advising clients on plates and registrations, responding to phone and email inquiries, managing payments, and supporting efficient office workflows. This role also provides overflow reception support and contributes to maintaining a welcoming, professional office environment.
The ability to stay organized, composed, and flexible will ensure clients feel supported, confident, and well cared for throughout their experience with Cornerstone.

Responsibilities:
- Trusted Advisor – Provide expert advice and support on customers’ coverage options, enabling them to make educated decisions relating to their personal insurance needs;
- Growth Mind Set – Emphasized focus on driving sales to increase performance of the Personal Lines Book of Business through networking and relationship building;
- Ensure Smooth Workflow – Maintain accurate documentation relating to insurance policies and process information efficiently to achieve workflows;
- Build Relationships – Proactively connect with clients to grow and manage an established book of business;
- Support the Team – Provide expertise and assistance to the Personal Lines team as needed;
- Results Based – Achieve department & individual sales goals.

Qualifications Required:
- High school diploma (minimum)
- Successful completion of a Criminal Record Check
Preferred (but not required):
- Level 1 Insurance Broker License, or a demonstrated willingness and drive to obtain licensing
- 2+ years of experience in the insurance industry or a professional sales environment
