We’re in pursuit of an Account Manager to join our Personal Lines team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, works independently, and is motivated by achieving goals and growing relationships. While industry experience is an asset, we’re most excited about individuals who bring a strong work ethic, a hunger for success, and a commitment to delivering exceptional client experiences.
As a Personal Lines Account Manager, you’ll be the trusted advisor clients rely on for expert insurance guidance, for auto to tenant coverage and beyond. You’ll grow and manage an established book of business, foster lasting client relationships, and play a key role in driving the performance of the Personal Lines department.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure Smooth Workflow – Maintain accurate documentation and process information efficiently to guarantee efficient workflows;
- Build Relationships – Proactively connect with clients to grow and manage an established book of business;
- Trusted Advisor – Provide expert advice and support on customers’ coverage options, enabling them to make educated decisions based on their needs;
- Growth Mind Set – Emphasized focus on performance of the Personal Lines Book of Business through networking and relationship building;
- Support the Team – Provide expertise and assistance to the Personal Lines team as needed;
- Results Based – Achieve department & individual sales goals.

Qualifications:
- Level 1 Insurance Brokers License; drive to obtain Level 1 Insurance Brokers license
- High school diploma (minimum)
- Criminal Record Check
- 3 years experience in Insurance or sales focused role
